Welcome to the future of self sustaining schools sports facilities. UK Pitch Hire Ltd specialises in the management and rental of schools sports facilities, working in conjunction with major sport field constructors to deliver the highest quality at reduced construction costs.
The National School Sports Initiative Programme (N.S.S.I.P) is a unique nationwide initiative designed and created to enable schools to achieve self sustaining sports facilities. The program enables schools to not only improve and maximise their sports facilities for their students but also to generate a guaranteed monthly income with zero administrative and financial costs to the school.
Through N.S.S.I.P, UK Pitch Hire Ltd will undertake the management, administration and promotion of your existing facilities and generate a guaranteed income for your school, with zero time or financial costs to you. Alternatively if you are looking into building a synthetic grass facility we will deliver reduced construction costs at the highest quality available.
THROUGH N.S.S.I.P. UK PITCH HIRE LTD CAN OFFER YOUR SCHOOL THE FOLLOWING:
- All management, administration, promotion and rental of your facility is undertaken by UK Pitch Hire Ltd.
- The school can receive a guaranteed monthly income based on any after school usage through UK Pitch Hire Ltd
- The school has uninterrupted usage of the facility up to 6pm every day – and there is flexiblility to incorporate any sports days, open days, etc that you may wish to run after 6pm
- All other associated costs are paid for by UK Pitch Hire Ltd i.e floodlighting, caretaking costs, etc
- UK Pitch Hire Ltd can offer free maintenance of the facility during the entire length of the contract

KESGRAVE HIGH SCHOOL, IPSWICH, SUFFOLK:
The construction of a full size, synthetic grass, floodlit hockey pitch and two self contained 3G synthetic grass five a side football pitches, is due to be completed by the end of 2009.
The facility could generate for the school up to £4320 / month through N.S.S.I.P.

The school were looking to cover their existing hard tennis courts with artificial grass, we achieved this for under £40k, they had received quotes of between £50k to £60k.
A 6 year contract is in place and currently generates over £1000 / month with all costs covered through N.S.S.I.P
